After 7 years this hobby has come close to being finished. This 1968 Camaro RS has been completely restored to a V8 383 small block. It has a TCI 400 trans and 411 12-bolt rear end.

Darryl made a very last minute (1 week) decision to enter a car show that took place on Fatrher's Day at a nearby church. During this week the side pipes were installed, the trans blew (making the TCI 400 trans brand spanking new), the door panels were attached and the front light covers were installed.

But all this hard work by Darryl and Bob paid off on Fathers Day. The Camaro took 1st place in the muscle car category of the car show! The Camaro was up against many many great cars (old and new).

We look forward to finishing up a few minor details on the car and can't wait to enter more car shows. Be sure to keep a lookout for the shiny black Camaro at local cruise nights.
